Announcement: Updated Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

Vocational: Journal of Educational Technology announces an updated Article Processing Charge (APC) policy effective November 1, 2026.

Starting on this date, an APC of IDR 300,000 per accepted article will apply to all articles formally accepted for publication on or after November 1, 2026.

The policy applies regardless of the manuscript submission date. Therefore, manuscripts submitted before November 1, 2026, will also be subject to the APC if they are formally accepted on or after that date.

There is no manuscript submission fee. The APC is payable only after formal acceptance and receipt of official payment instructions from the editorial office.

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions or guarantee publication. All manuscripts remain subject to the journal's established peer-review procedures, editorial standards, and publication ethics policies.

Published articles remain freely accessible to readers under the journal's open-access policy and applicable licensing terms.
