PENERAPAN SISTEM PEMBAYARAN INTERNASIONAL DALAM KEGIATAN IMPOR KENDARAAN BERMOTOR

Aktivitas impor kendaraan bermotor melibatkan transaksi bernilai besar, frekuensi pembayaran tinggi, serta penggunaan mata uang asing sehingga membutuhkan pengelolaan administrasi keuangan yang akurat dan terstruktur. PT. Megah Beverly Automotive menghadapi permasalahan pada akurasi pencatatan arus kas, verifikasi invoice, serta penyusunan rencana pembayaran internasional kepada pemasok luar negeri. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan keteraturan dan ketepatan administrasi keuangan perusahaan melalui perancangan luaran berupa checklist arus kas harian, form rekapan arus kas mingguan, dan daftar perencanaan pembayaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dan diskusi dengan staf keuangan, serta simulasi dan implementasi luaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa luaran yang diterapkan mampu mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan transaksi kas, mempercepat proses verifikasi dan persiapan pembayaran, serta mendukung penyusunan rencana pembayaran yang lebih terstruktur dan tepat waktu, khususnya pada transaksi valas. Kegiatan ini juga merekomendasikan pengembangan sistem digital sebagai upaya peningkatan efisiensi administrasi keuangan di masa mendatang.
