Abstract

Abstrak

Saat ini era globalisasi internet dimanfaatkan dengan menyeluruh termasuk oleh lembaga pendidikan. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara bersama guru dan pegawai di MAS Terpadu Guguak Randah, didapatkan bahwa proses absensi masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dan pegawai penulis tertarik untuk melakukan perancangan sistem absensi online berbasis mobile yang dapat memudahkan guru dan pegawai dalam pengambilan dan perekapan absensi. Adapun tujuan penulis ini adalah menghasilkan sistem absensi online berbasis mobile untuk guru dan pegawai di MAS Terpadu Guguak Randah menggunakan AppSheet yang valid, efektif, dan efesien. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian (R&D), dan menggunakan model pengembangan RAD (Applications and Rapid Development). Uji coba produk yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji praktikalitas, dan uji efektifitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem absensi online berbasis mobile untuk guru dan pegawai telah berhasil dirancang dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat pendukung, membantu dalam pelacakan kedatangan guru, administrator dan staf sekolah. . Hasil uji validitas 3 orang ahli mencapai nilai 0,86 dengan tipe sangat valid, hasil uji praktikalitas 2 orang responden mencapai nilai 0,85 dengan nilai tinggi dan hasil uji efektifitas dengan 9 orang responden memberikan nilai 0,87 dengan hasil sangat efektif.

Abstract

Currently, the era of internet globalization is used thoroughly, including by educational institutions. Based on observations and interviews with teachers and employees at MAS Terpadu Guguak Randah, it is found that the attendance process is still done manually. Therefore, to improve the discipline of teachers and employees, the author is interested in designing a mobile-based online attendance system that can facilitate teachers and employees in taking and recording attendance. The purpose of this writer is to produce a mobile-based online attendance system for teachers and employees at MAS Terpadu Guguak Randah using AppSheet that is valid, effective, and efficient. The author uses the research method (R&D), and uses the RAD (Applications and Rapid Development) development model. The product trials used in this study were validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the mobile-based online attendance system for teachers and employees has been successfully designed and can be used as a supporting tool, assisting in tracking the arrival of teachers, administrators and school staff. . The results of the validity test of 3 experts reached a value of 0.86 with a very valid type, the results of the practicality test of 2 respondents reached a value of 0.85 with a high value and the results of the effectiveness test with 9 respondents gave a value of 0.87 with very effective results.
