Pelatihan Desain E-Module untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Layanan Konseling Berbasis Teknologi Digital

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) untuk beradaptasi dengan karakteristik siswa generasi digital. Salah satu bentuk adaptasi tersebut adalah pemanfaatan e-module sebagai media layanan BK yang interaktif dan mudah diakses. Namun, keterampilan mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam merancang e-module yang efektif masih terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam mendesain e-module sebagai media pendukung layanan konseling berbasis teknologi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan berbasis praktik dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif, meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Subjek kegiatan adalah mahasiswa S1 Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Pelatihan difokuskan pada perancangan e-module menggunakan platform Canva dan penyajiannya dalam bentuk flipbook digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan serta menerapkan e-module dalam layanan BK. Pelatihan ini dinilai efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan konseling yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.
